Apparently someone is downloading shows from Internet Archive and selling them on Ebay. Do you (hopefully) have a policy that this should not happen?

In all honesty, there is no real way of stopping it on our end; the best recourse is via eBay's reporting tools. If you have user names/listings then we'll see to what extent we can pursue it.
